In this video, which is 2 hours and 19 minutes long, I will go over the session from January 27th, 2025. I want to first review my DOM screen recording, then the footprint chart, and lastly the market profile. In most of my videos and lessons on Substack and Discord, I always emphasize the importance of focusing on volume.
The tape (volume) will always be the most leading indicator for day traders. This tells us where price is showing lack of interest, who is more aggressive, who is potentially trapped, and where we are building volume (acceptance).
I will also go over the long setup for January 29th, which is broken down in my footprint recording. A strong break to the downside, straight into a demand zone, was immediately bought back up. Again, volume showed a lack of interest during that time and was met by aggressive buyers.
